Pet Policy

Pets are OK, applicable to selected properties, as long as they do not exceed 35lbs when FULL GROWN, cats - declawed and animal is spayed or neutered.

There is a one time, NON-REFUNDABLE pet fee of $350 per pet with either 1 dog or 2 cats only. The owner MUST have a signed pet lease prior to bringing the animal into the unit. "Visiting" or pet sitting of animals are not allowed. Thank you.
